Oat Beverage Oatmeal with Fruit and Nuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oat Beverages
- 1/2 cup Organic Gluten-Free Oats
- 1/2 cup Organic Frozen Fruit
- 1/4 cup Mixed Nuts
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine oat beverage and gluten-free oats.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until oats are cooked.
- Stir in frozen fruit during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with mixed nuts, chia seeds, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
