Overnight Oats with Berries and Apples
A simple and healthy breakfast made with oats, yogurt, and mixed berries, prepared the night before.
Ingredients
- 1 diced Ambrosia Apples
- 1.5 cups Greek Yogurt
- 1.5 cups Rolled Oats
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl or individual jars, combine rolled oats, milk, diced apples, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Stir well to combine.
- Top with Greek yogurt and blackberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the mixture and add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and add more honey if desired.
- Enjoy cold.
