Bok Choy & Veal Stir-Fry with Rice Noodles
A simple and flavorful stir-fry featuring veal, bok choy, and rice noodles with enhanced flavor from aromatics and spices.
Ingredients
- 120 g Veal
- 100 g Bok Choy
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Rice
- 50 g Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Slice the veal into thin strips. Pat dry with paper towels for better browning.
- Chop the bok choy into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir-fry the veal until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add bok choy and bean sprouts, and stir-fry until wilted but still crisp, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and stir well to combine.
- Serve immediately over rice.
