  2. Chop the bok choy into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Stir-fry the veal until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add bok choy and bean sprouts, and stir-fry until wilted but still crisp, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add soy sauce and stir well to combine.
  9. Serve immediately over rice.
