  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine hemp hearts and rolled oats.
  3. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool completely.
  5. In each of the three glasses or jars, layer Greek yogurt, blueberries, grapes, and the homemade granola.
  6. Repeat layers as needed. Serve immediately or chill for later.
