Berry and Yogurt Parfaits with Maple-Kissed Hemp Seed Granola
A delightful breakfast parfait with layers of creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and homemade maple-sweetened hemp seed granola for added crunch and nutrition.
Ingredients
- 750g Greek Yogurt
- 1.5 pint Blueberries
- 0.33 clamshells Grapes
- 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine hemp hearts and rolled oats.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool completely.
- In each of the three glasses or jars, layer Greek yogurt, blueberries, grapes, and the homemade granola.
- Repeat layers as needed. Serve immediately or chill for later.
