Mango Lassi Overnight Oats
A refreshing and easy breakfast with the flavors of mango lassi.

- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, diced mango, sugar or honey, and cardamom powder.
- If using saffron, soak a few strands in a tablespoon of warm milk for a few minutes to release color, then add to the mixture.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Seal the jar or container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, stir well. Garnish with extra diced mango and chopped nuts.
