  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, diced mango, sugar or honey, and cardamom powder.
  2. If using saffron, soak a few strands in a tablespoon of warm milk for a few minutes to release color, then add to the mixture.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Seal the jar or container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  5. Before serving, stir well. Garnish with extra diced mango and chopped nuts.
