Hearty Beef and Vegetable Scramble with Herbs
Ingredients
- 150g Ground Beef
- 1/2 stalk, diced Celery
- 6 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk or Cream
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
- to taste Salt and Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp, chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced celery to the skillet and cook until softened.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk/cream, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the beef and celery. Scramble until the eggs are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese (if using) before serving.
