Scallop and Shrimp Pasta Aglio e Olio
A simple yet flavorful pasta dish featuring Cooked Scallops, Raw Shrimp, and Pasta, enhanced with garlic, chili flakes, and fresh parsley.
Ingredients
- 100g Cooked Scallops
- 100g Raw Shrimp
- 80g Pasta
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add Raw Shrimp, cook until it begins to turn pink, then add Cooked Scallops. Sauté until shrimp is fully cooked and scallops are heated through.
- Drain pasta, reserving about 1/4 cup of pasta water. Add pasta to the pan with the seafood.
- Toss to combine, adding a little pasta water if needed to create a light sauce.
- Stir in Lemon Juice, garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
