A quick and easy stir-fry with tofu and mixed vegetables in a savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Extra-Firm Tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1/4 cup Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup Snap Peas
- 2 tbsp Gluten-Free Tamari
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 cup Cooked Brown Rice
Instructions
- Press extra-firm tofu to remove excess water, then cube.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add minced ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add tofu and stir-fry until golden brown and slightly crispy for improved texture.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.

- Pour sauce over stir-fry and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and coats the vegetables and tofu.
