Curry Coconut Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 bottle (approx. 250ml) Organic Curry Sauce
- 1/2 can (approx. 200ml) Organic Coconut Milk
- 1 block (approx. 60g) Ramen
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2, chopped Green Onions
- 1 Lime Wedge
Instructions
- In a pot, combine curry sauce, coconut milk, and vegetable broth.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
- Season with soy sauce to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with a lime wedge.
