Instructions
- Freeze the banana: Use a ripe banana with brown spots for maximum sweetness. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Freezing spotted bananas enhances sweetness and creates a creamier texture.
- Combine ingredients: In a blender, add the frozen banana, Kraft Peanut Butter, milk (dairy or almond), honey or maple syrup (if using), ice cubes, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and flaxseed meal.
- Blend until smooth: Blend until the smoothie reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. If it's too thick, add a splash more milk. If you prefer it colder, add a few more ice cubes.
