  1. Dice the onion.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs with chili powder and cumin.
  5. Add eggs to the pan and scramble until almost set.
  6. Stir in salsa and black beans.
  7. Continue cooking until heated through.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and serve immediately.
