  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Wash and chop the bok choy, separating the white stalks from the leafy greens. Mince the garlic.
  3. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of sesame oil.
  4. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the hot pan and stir-fry for about 10 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  5. Add the white stalks of the bok choy to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then, add the leafy greens and continue to stir-fry until the greens are wilted and the stalks are tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked beans and pasta to the pan with the bok choy. Stir to combine.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  8. Pour the sauce over the pasta, bok choy, and beans mixture. Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
