Ingredients
- 64g Cheese Crisps
- 100g Ground Venison
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Spinach
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Venison in a pan until browned.
- Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble with the venison and spinach until cooked.
- Crumble cheese crisps over the scramble and serve immediately.
