Korean Tomato & Tofu Stir-fry (Dubu Kimchi Inspired)

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cube.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Stir-fry tofu until golden brown.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and gochujang (if using).
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving. Serve immediately.
