High-Protein Oatmeal with Berries and Nuts
A hearty and nutritious oatmeal bowl packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants.
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Rolled Oats
- 5 scoops Whey Protein Powder (Low Sodium)
- 5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (Low Sodium)
- 2.5 cups Mixed Berries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 0.5 cup Slivered Almonds
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, cinnamon and almond milk in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in protein powder and chia seeds until well combined.
- Divide oatmeal into bowls and top with mixed berries and slivered almonds.
- Serve immediately.
