Zesty Tuna and Avocado Tostada
A quick and refreshing lunch featuring tuna, avocado, and a hint of lime.
Ingredients
- 1 can (170g), drained Tuna
- 1/2 Hass Avocado
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/4 small, thinly sliced Red Onion
- 1 tbsp, chopped Cilantro
- 2 Tostada Shells
- Optional, to taste Hot Sauce
- Pinch, to taste Salt
- Pinch, to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, gently mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add tuna, red onion, and cilantro. Mix gently to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Spoon the mixture onto tostada shells.
- Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
