Baked Salmon with Roasted Fries
A simple dinner featuring baked salmon seasoned with lemon and herbs, served with roasted fries.
Ingredients
- 150g Wild Sockeye Salmon
- 227g Fries
- 1 slice Lemon
- 1/4 tsp, dried Dill
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place fries on one side of a baking sheet.
- Place salmon on the other side of the baking sheet. Season with dill, salt and pepper. Top with a slice of lemon.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through (flakes easily with a fork) and fries are golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
