Coconut Curry Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 can (400ml) Organic Coconut Milk
- 2 fillets Wild Pink Salmon
- 1/2 cup Organic Curry Sauce
- 1 cup Cauliflower Rice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix organic coconut milk and organic curry sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with cauliflower rice.
