  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Drain flaked light tuna and flake it into a bowl.
  3. Dice the celery.
  4. Finely dice the red onion.
  5. Combine cooked pasta, tuna, celery, bean sprouts and red onion in a large bowl.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the lemon-herb dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
