- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Drain flaked light tuna and flake it into a bowl.
- Dice the celery.
- Finely dice the red onion.
- Combine cooked pasta, tuna, celery, bean sprouts and red onion in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the lemon-herb dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
