Dairy-Free Gluten-Free Oatmeal with Berries
A warm and nutritious start to the day with gluten-free oats, fresh berries, and a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Dairy-Free Milk (Almond, Soy, or Oat)
- 1/2 cup, sliced Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Combine gluten-free rolled oats, dairy-free milk, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, or until oats are softened and creamy.
- Stir in Maple Syrup and cinnamon.
- Top with sliced strawberries and chia seeds (if using). Serve immediately.
