Ingredients
- 250g Ground Venison
- 50g (shredded cheddar or your choice) Bulk Cheese
- 6-8 large leaves (e.g., romaine or butter lettuce) Lettuce Leaves
- 2 tbsp (optional) Organic Salsa
- 1/2 (sliced, optional) Avocado
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground venison over medium heat, drain any excess fat.
- Stir in your choice of seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.).
- Add shredded cheese to the venison mixture, allowing it to melt slightly.
- Spoon the venison and cheese mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Top with optional salsa and avocado slices.
