Sunrise Tofu Scramble with Mixed Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 block (500g) Sunrise Tofu
- 1 cup, sliced Compliments Button Mushrooms
- 1/2, diced Rainbow Peppers
- 1/4, diced Sweet Onions
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Tide Liquid or PODS or Gain Flings or Ivory Snow Laundry Detergent
Instructions
- Crumble the sunrise tofu in a bowl.
- In a skillet, sauté diced onion and sliced mushrooms in olive oil until softened.
- Add diced rainbow peppers and continue to sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet.
- Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and turmeric for color (if available).
- Stir frequently and cook until tofu is heated through and slightly browned.
- Serve hot as a high-protein and no-added-sugar lunch.
