Revitalized Green Power Smoothie with Tropical Twist
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Kraft Peanut Butter
- 1 cup (packed) Spinach
- 1/2 frozen (for sweetness and creaminess) Banana
- 1/2 cup (Greek yogurt for extra protein) Olympic Yogurt
- 1/2 cup (unsweetened) Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup (fresh or frozen) Pineapple
- 1/2 teaspoon (for a spicy kick) Ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 tablespoon Puck Labneh (optional)
Instructions
- Combine spinach, frozen banana, Olympic Yogurt, almond milk, Kraft Peanut Butter, chia seeds, pineapple, and freshly grated ginger in a blender. *Adding Puck Labneh will give this smoothie a creamier and slightly tangy taste. It's optional but highly recommended.*
- Blend on high until completely smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness, adding honey, maple syrup, or a bit more banana if needed. *Optionally, garnish with a small pineapple wedge or a sprinkle of chia seeds.*
