High-Protein Yogurt and Cereal Bowl
A quick and easy high-protein breakfast with Greek yogurt, cereal, and fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (245g) Plain Greek Yogurt (2% or 0% fat)
- 1/2 cup (50g) Whole Grain Cereal (Cheerios)
- 1/4 cup (43g) Fresh Blueberries
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp (optional) Honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle the Whole Grain Cereal over the yogurt.
- Top with blueberries and chia seeds.
- Drizzle with honey, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
