Ingredients
- 150g Chicken Breast
- 2 Tostada Shells
- 1 tbsp minced Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
- 1/4 cup Canned Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Salsa
- 1/4 cup Shredded Lettuce
- Pinch Garlic Powder
- Pinch Onion Powder
Instructions
- Cook chicken breast until cooked through (poached, pan-fried or baked). Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) for food safety.
- Shred the chicken and mix with minced chipotle peppers, canned tomatoes, salsa, garlic powder, and onion powder. These spices add depth to the sauce.
- Heat the mixture in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Top tostada shells with shredded lettuce and the chicken mixture.
- Serve immediately.
