Sunrise Milk & Oats Bowl
A quick and nutritious breakfast bowl with oats, milk, and optional fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup diced Gala Apples
- 1/4 cup Thompson Dried Raisins
- 2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine oats and milk in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until oats are tender.
- Stir in diced apples and Thompson raisins.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon for added warmth.
- Top with Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts before serving.
