Instructions

  1. Rinse the Dry Lentils. Soak for 30 minutes for faster cooking.
  2. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large pot.
  3. Sauté onion, Garlic, carrot, and celery until softened.
  4. Add Smoked Paprika and cook for another minute.
  5. Add lentils, Low Sodium Broth, Diced Tomatoes, and Bay Leaf. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until lentils are tender.
  6. Remove Bay Leaf. Season with salt and Black Pepper. Serve hot.
