Ingredients

- 1 Large White Egg
- 1/2 cup (125g) Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup (43g) Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the soaked bread slices for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
