Kimchi Scramble Toast
A quick and savory breakfast featuring scrambled eggs with kimchi, served on toasted bread.
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Kimchi (well-fermented)
- 6 slices French or Italian Bread
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Green Onions
- 1/2 tsp Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Whisk eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add kimchi and gochugaru; cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently to release flavor.
- Pour in the eggs and gently scramble until softly set but still slightly moist.
- Toast bread slices to your desired level of crispness.
- Top each toast slice with kimchi scramble and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately.
