Italian Tomato & Basil Pasta Salad (Gluten-Free)
A flavorful Italian-inspired pasta salad using gluten-free pasta and fresh basil.
Ingredients
- 80g Gluten-Free Pasta
- 1 cup, cherry tomatoes halved Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Basil
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cook gluten-free pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled.
