Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps
A light and refreshing tuna salad served in lettuce wraps for a high-protein lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 can (85g) Light Tuna in Water
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Green Onion
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 cup Broccolini
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Drain the tuna very well.
- In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, chopped green onion, diced celery, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve tuna salad in broccolini cups. Top with fresh parsley (optional).
