Ingredients
- 175g Organic Tortilla Chips
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Organic Salsa
- 50g Bulk Cheese
- 1/4 cup Black Beans (optional)
- 1/2 Avocado (optional)
- 1 tbsp Green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Scramble eggs and cook until set. Distribute eggs evenly over the chips.
- Sprinkle cheese over the eggs and chips.
- Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes.
- Top with salsa, black beans, avocado, and green onions (if using).
