Loaded Nachos with Ground Beef and Olive Oil Drizzle
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (for drizzling) Bertolli Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 large bag (crushed) Old Dutch Potato Chips
- 1 jar Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
- 1/2 cup, sliced Jalapeños
- 1/2 cup (for topping) Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup (for topping) Salsa
- 1 heart, shredded (optional, for freshness) Romaine Hearts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Spread crushed Old Dutch Potato Chips on a large baking sheet.
- Top with ground beef, nacho cheese sauce, shredded cheese, and jalapeños.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle with Bertolli Olive Oil and top with sour cream, salsa, and shredded romaine (optional).
