  1. Cook Western Family Jasmine Rice according to package instructions.
  2. Press SUNRISE Tofu to remove excess water, then cube it.
  3. Pan-fry or bake tofu until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Steam or boil frozen edamame until tender.
  5. Prepare a sauce with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and Sriracha (if using).
  6. Serve rice in a bowl. Top with tofu and edamame, drizzle with the sauce, and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
