Tofu and Edamame Rice Bowl
Ingredients
- 200g SUNRISE Tofu
- 1 cup cooked Western Family Jasmine Rice
- 1/2 cup Frozen edamame
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sriracha (optional)
- 2 tbsp Green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook Western Family Jasmine Rice according to package instructions.
- Press SUNRISE Tofu to remove excess water, then cube it.
- Pan-fry or bake tofu until golden brown and crispy.
- Steam or boil frozen edamame until tender.
- Prepare a sauce with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and Sriracha (if using).
- Serve rice in a bowl. Top with tofu and edamame, drizzle with the sauce, and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
