Shrimp Tacos with Slaw
A vibrant and high-protein Mexican-inspired meal featuring shrimp tacos with a refreshing slaw.
Ingredients
- 4 oz (113g), peeled and deveined Raw Shrimp
- 3 Corn Tortillas
- 1 cup (80g), shredded Chopped Salad Kit (Cabbage-Based)
- 1 tbsp, chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 lemon, juiced Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Warm the corn tortillas.
- In a separate bowl, combine the shredded slaw mix with chopped cilantro and lemon juice.
- Fill each tortilla with shrimp and slaw.
- Serve immediately.
